Selecting a Printer
Hi.
I have two printers, a pdf printer and "send to OneNote installed. The PDF printer is set as the Default printer.
How can I select any of the above printers to print a highlighted document.
Right-clicking and selecting "Print" sends it to the default printer only.
Thanks

Re: Annoying message on launching Salamander 2.54
After reading your post, I checked and you are quite right.
The .reg file was the wrong one. I re exported the correct one into the root folder and all is okay now.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction

Hi,
1. I recently upgraded from 2.53 to 2.54.
2. I exported the 2.53 settings into 2.54
3. I then moved the .reg file into the Salamander 2.54 programme folder (I still have 2.53 in a separate folder)

Re: Changing the default folders in each panel
Thank you Ether!
I went to the icon\Properties\Target and changed the path as you suggested to;
"C:\Program Files\] Dir - File Managers\Dir - Explorers\Salamander 2.53\salamand.exe" -L "C:\Program Files" -R "D:\"

Re: Changing the default folders in each panel
Still not working.
1. Checked configuration - it was set to save on exit
2. Checked path in properties of the launch icon. Nothing set there
3. Restarted with C:\Program Files in the left panel and D:\ in the right panel. Still opens in the same (unwanted) paths as before

Changing the default folders in each panel
Hi All,
Whenever I launch Salamander, both the left and right panels always open in the same folders (each one different).
Is there a way I can change Salamander so that each panel always open in the folders of my choice?
Thanks in anticipation.
Regards - Jadag

Re: Copying from one panel to another stopped working
As I regularly backup my registry using "Registrar Registry Manager" (freeware) I restored a previous backup and all is well again.
So the problem must be in the registry and not with Salamander.
In any event, thank you for your support.

Tony from a sunny South Africa

I usually right-click on the source file in panel 1 and drag it to the destination folder in panel 2 and release the right mouse button. Salamander used to then show a menu asking me if I wanted to;
