Copy/Move dialog enhancements

Hi,
I have a proposal for two features in copy/move dialogs:
Skip current file.
Shutdown[/Restart/Sleep/Hibernate] after the last (queued) copy/move operation.

I like this feature, but it I think it shouldn't be implemented before the Queue Manager (see related posts: [1; cs], [2; cs], [3; en], [4; en], [5; en], [6; en], [7; en], [8; cs], [9; en], [10; en], [11; cs]).
