Re: right mouse click stops working
Hmmmmm. Thing is, this is ONLY happening with AS. There are no issues, no weirdness, nothing, with any other application, nor with Windows itself. Everything is smooth, quick, and as it should be. Except for AS. Thus it seems the problem has specifically to do with AS, perhaps a conflict with someth...

Re: right mouse click stops working
When I swap panes (ctrl-U) and it was the right one not working with right-click, now it is the left one not working on right-click. So yes the behaviour tracks the actual pane of AS. I have another Windows 8.1 x64 with the exact same set of software installs (same work machine setup) and I don't ha...

Re: right mouse click stops working
I have the exact same problem, x64 version of latest version of AS (3.06). My symptoms are as described above, oddly the right-click/context menu continues to work on the right-hand pane will not working on the left-hand pane. Restarting AS makes it start working again in the left pane for a few cli...

Right click context menu intermittently stops working
I have an issue that quite often I am working with AS and the right-click stops working. It doesn't matter where I click on the window (on a folder, on a file, on white space, etc), there is no right-click menu. If I close and immediately re-open Altap Salamander, right-click is working in both pane...

UPDIR as button instead of inside folder
I find the placement of the 'up directory link' strange. Inside the directory means that when I scroll down it scrolls out of view, and I have to scroll back up again to click on it and move up a directory. This becomes a big pain when I am navigating multiple directories with thousands of files (th...

Hi, thanks for the replies! No, I am pretty sure it is nothing to do with the load on the CPU. The CPU can be at idle for tens of minutes, and the message sits there. I can press ESC as much as I want, and nothing happens. Trying to close it does nothing, as well. Sometimes this happens when I switc...

Listing path <path>, press ESC key to cancel ENDLESSLY
I have a shortcut to Altap Salamander in my "Startup" folder. Often when the machine boots and Salamander starts there is a long thin window or dialog box which displays the message "Listing path "<path_name>", press ESC key to cancel..." which WON'T GO AWAY. It just si...

Rename files Vista-style
My feature request: when pressing F2 to rename a file, have it highlight the NAME only without extension, as in Windows Vista rename, so you can simply type a new file name to overwrite the old while keeping the file extension. Would be easy to implement!

Vista - How to import keys?
I have installed RC2.5 successfully on MS Vista but I am not allowed to import my registration keys by Vista - I get the error: "Cannot import C:\...\salamand.key: The specified file is not a registry script. You can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor." I als...
