Key shortcut for user menu _entry_

Hello,

I want to be able to assign a key shortcut (e.g. CTRL-D) to a specific user menu entry, e.g. winmerge, like it is possible to do this for plugins.

The hotkey F9 only displays the whole user menu.

It is possible to define User Menu hot key using '&' character. Insert ampersand character before a choosed letter. For example: CVS &Update. Then use this hot key: F9, u.

I dreamt of a shorter way, but perhaps this comes sometime in the future.
