Printing manual for Salamander 2.5RC2

I would like to print out the manual for Salamander 2.5 RC2. Where can I find and download it?

With Salamander 2.5 RC2 comes help (look at menu Help). Choose the Contents command, select chapter you want to print and then choose the Options > Print command.

I can do that but it is not as useful as a complete printable PDF file as most other programs now provide. Thank you for your reply.

Yes, the PDF format is better for printing.
