Hello *,
there's a visible key in regedit named "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\EMDMgmt" (it's location where ReadyBoost info is stored, BTW). But when using Registry plugin you can't see it (see att). Another example can be "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ASR".
Probably 32bit vs. 64bit related. [similar 1]

Re: Missing 64bit keys in registry using Registry plugin
Thank you for the information. This problem will be fixed with 64-bit version of Salamander 2.53.

Re: Missing 64bit keys in registry using Registry plugin
Interesting stuff is, that some keys the plugin can find, using search dialog. And then access it. It adds double slash to path.
I.e.
Typing this path manually works too.

I.e.
Code: Select all
REG:\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\\Classes\VirtualStore\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft
