What about directories synchronization in WinMerge or Araxis Merge? Any happy user here?

They are perfect tools
BUT they are working at files level
A good folder synchronization need to work at folders Level
When I synchronize a folder with hundred of folder and thousands of files I don't care ...

It is practically perfect ... except the pair creation
I don't want to remember any pairs
I want to synchronize both panels like a smart F5 ...
