Yes, RedSalamander is built for Windows 11. It relies heavily on DirectX and modern Windows APIs.

If you need something that runs on Windows 7, OpenSalamander or another fork is the better choice.

What about directories synchronization in WinMerge or Araxis Merge? Any happy user here?

They are perfect tools
BUT they are working at files level
A good folder synchronization need to work at folders Level
When I synchronize a folder with hundred of folder and thousands of files I don't care ...
