Is there any way of determining the number of files in a folder?

Ho I do it now is to go into the the folder and select all (ctrl+A) the files, Then the Bottom Toolbar Gives Me the total number of selected files and directores.

?? Is there something Like ` Calculate Directory Sizes ' - that will ...

and to search (a different search) for characters that are illegal in windows vista:

" \ / ? : * " > < |"

"patch" should be "path" above.

"(file name and patch combined length)"

Does anyone have or can write a RegEx for the Find Dialog to search for file names (file name and patch combined length) that is greater than 260 characters.

Is there anyway to change the size (increase) of the icons in Detailed/Brief Views. They do increase in size if you increase the Panel Font Size. But, i would like to keep my font size but have the icons be bigger.

Anyone know how to do this or if it can be done at all?

In The Help File Under Dialog Boxes Expanded -> Find Expanded -> Find Topic When you click on Help from the Find Dialog Box After Clciking on Commands -> Find Files And Directories , it states that there is Regular Expression Check Box (11th Italicized) Section Down).

I do not see this check box ...

When I use the Plugin Batch Rename (Ctrl+Shift+R), the dialog box always comes up with the following check boxes checked:

Case sensitive
Only once in each name

I would like the above two boxes to be unchecked and the following boxes checked each time I open the renamer:

Regular Expression
Exclude ...
