Encrpyt & Decrypt version incompatibility?

Hi there,

I just wanted to decrpyt a file I encrypted some months ago (according to file date it was May 2005). SS2.5RC1 produces an error message "Encrpyt & Decrypt: The file is Encrypted Archive version 183. This version of Encrpyt & Decrypt plugin can only read archives up to version 1." This seems very strange to me. Is this a known bug that might be solved somehow?

It is possible though unlikely (my oldes baykup (August 2005) has the same binary content like to current file) that the file is corruped as I encrypted it with yet another crypt tool - at the time I encrypted the data I was able to decrpyt it. I'm not aware whether the 2nd crypt tool uses CRC or the like or just shifts bits as they come thus including all errors.

Hello Georg!

The .ENA (ENcrypt Archive) format has not changed.
Moreover, in such case, it will be backward compatible.

It looks like your archive is corrupted, I'm sorry...
