I'm on 3.03 on Win8.1 Update.
On this machine I've had 32bit and beta versions.
These have left remnant files in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86) that refuse to delete claiming Salamander has them open - even when it is shut-down.
I've tried Administrator which is normally enough power.
Any suggestions?

Re: Deleting OLD Salamander Installations
Maybe salextx64.dll or salextx86.dll? These are hooks for Explorer, so it can load them, so it is not possible to delete them when Explorer is running.
If yes, start Salamander "As Admin", go to these files, then kill Explorer.exe process in Task Manager (Shift+Ctrl+ESC), switch to Salamander and delete that files, then return to Task Manager and start Explorer.exe again (menu File / New Task (Run), type: explorer, click OK).
If not, please give me names of remnant files.
