I'd like to find out if there is a way to view a folder on a Nikon D5100 camera.
In Win7 sp1 32bit explorer I can see a folder called D5100.
I can't see that in Salamander 3.0 (x86)
Windows Explorer:

Salamander Drives:

Is there a way to see it in Salamander?
Thank you for a great program,

I didn't test it, but you can try
Total Commander Proxy plugin with
WIACam. For Canon cameras there is
CanonCam plugin. Let us know.

I'm not sure I installed it correctly.
On the camera there is the folder D5100. Inside that folder there are two sub folders.
When I select wiacam it is showing me all the pictures in one of the sub folders. It doesn't show me the Dir line to select which folder to look into. Also when I select Thumbnails display it shows the default icon and not the pictures.
Please don't get me wrong, I am very happy to see a detailed list of the pictures. I just don't know if I installed it correctly.
I have in the TotalCommanderProxy folder I created:
tcproxy.spl from here:
http://www.manison.cz/products/tcproxy.php?Lang=en
lang dir with engilish.slg inside from above zip file
wiacam.wfx from here:
http://en.totalcmd.pl/download/wfx/Ext/WIACam
pluginst.inf from above zip file
On this page:
http://forum.altap.cz/viewtopic.php?t=2166
It says to copy tcfs.spl into the directory. The file I found was tcproxy.spl.
Thanks for a great solution.

PS: I tried the CanonCam plugin. In a folder with tcproxy.spl. When I tried to add it in Plugins Manager it failed.

Thank you for this information. First post in
Total Commander Proxy plugin thread is now updated with current readme.txt so it should be less confusing.
Am I understand it correctly that TC Proxy + WIACam plugin works fine?

With windows explorer it has two folders:
In Salamander no folder is listed:
Thumbnails doesn't show the images:
Other than that it looks great.
Thanks,
