There is a strange behaviour of Altap Salamader 3.0 beta 2 (x86): files are being deleted when adding them to a *.rar archive.
I don't remember such a problem with earlier betas. Usally when you select a file (and an archive on other panel) and press F5, the file is added to that archive but still remains in its own place as well. If you press F6, then the file is archived and deleted at the same time.
Now, pressing F5 also deletes the file!
I unchecked 'Delete initial files after packing' in preferences, but that did not do anything. Tried WinRAR 4.20 and WinRAR 5.00 beta 3, 4, and 5.
Files are deleted when AS3b2 copies them to RAR archives

Re: Files are deleted when AS3b2 copies them to RAR archives
I'm unable to reproduce this problem with WinRAR 4.20.
Does Salamander window say Copy or Move/Rename when you press the F5 key?

Yes, it says 'Copy'.
But I already solved that problem - it lied in the 'default archiving profile' in WinRAR 5.00 beta where it was set to 'delete files after archiving'.
Removing that option worked well. Sorry, it was not Salamander's fault, as it seems not to override WinRAR profile (which can be seen by pressing the right mouse button in Salamander and selecting 'Add File to Archive...".).
