Hello,
Can I use Salamander to move files using a .csv or .txt file? I have a multi layered folde rsource and need to move just specific files from source to destination in the same folder structure?

No, such feature is not available. You can only store and restore a selection. But its limited to the actual folder and files.
I believe, that for your purpose a different tool would be useful - a synchronization software. Something like SyncToy.
