Win32 PKZIP as pannel archiver

PKZip25.exe as pannel archiver fails on files with an extension other than zip. You should add the -NoZipExtension option to allow this

It's fixed, external archiver pkzip25 should work well in panel and also in Pack and Unpack commands now.
