copy paste and dragndrop chinese named file cause err

Hi

i met same prob from 2.0 release till now, when i copy paste file with chinese or unicode filename, or dragndrop from left pane to another, it tells me error copying, when i use hot key like f5 f6, it works, i wonder why, maybe some improvment is needed, thx
