AS 252 & Blackberry

Post by vld »

I just got a couple of new Blackberry's modem 8530. I plugged the USB cable in and I was able to see the phone under My Computer, but I cannot figure out a way to view the phone contents of the memory chip via AS252. What I am currently doing to copy files to the phone is using one window of Explorer to copy and another window of Explorer to paste on the phone.

Am I missing something or is this just not implemented?

It's probably implemented by a proprietary driver (which adds the folder to My Computer and handles the file transfers). There are some hints from ALTAP that they are developing an interface plugin that should make using of these folders available through Salamander, although it looks that the project hasn't been worked on for some time.
