(1450) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Ok is the only option.

This error comes up multiple times when I start the program and when I close the program.

It looks like some problem with your Registry. Could you please try some Registry cleanup software? You can try for example NTREGOPT.

I ran the registry compression with NTREGOPT. It didn't seem to work. I ran it a second time in Safe Mode and it did seem to work. I haven't had the problem since.
