Choise of basic - expert wiev - manuel conf. (as today)

..as in Treepad, sort of choise between preset configurations:

Basic view:
Weight on safe operations with al warnings on and only the essencial oparations on.
(play it safe, dont confuse beginners)

Expert view:
All the beels and whissels on, only the most nessesary warnings on, (deleted files direcly down the drain etc.)
(I'm Mr. know-it-all, don't slow me down, I'll cry later)

Manuel:
conf. as today
(perfect for me as is, but takes time for beginners to conf.)

...and the ability to lock in selected conf. choise by admin.
