Unable to purchase Altap Salamander 2.5

Went through all the required steps to purchase Altap Salamander 2.5. Upon completion of the process, I got a SWReg page titled "SWReg error" holding an order ID and stating that I will be contacted after my credit card info is verified. I've gone through this same scenario once before and I didn't hear back from SWReg at all.

I've installed Altap Salamander 2.5 right now but I am unable to buy it so as to get rid of the trial period limitation. I'm rather afraid I might have been charged twice for purchasing it.

I did not keep the order ID I've been given. I need immediate assistance, please.

I have searched for your orders, but I have found nothing, so I expect SWREG did not accept nor process them. Please contact SWREG using these pages: https://usd.swreg.org/contact2.htm

I believe they can tell you whats wrong. If you still have problems, please contact us directly on our email sales at altap.cz.

Thanks a lot for the help. I placed a new order at SWReg and contacted them as directed. I've just received my registration key and I got Altap Salamander registered successfully.
