Request: PictView image zoom in/out with mouse wheel

This is a request to add an option to the PictView "Keyboard & Mouse" configuration page to enable zooming with the mouse wheel. It would be great if the zooming centered on the mouse screen location.
I searched the forum and found a topic in Czech that may be the same request.

Yes,
there is the same request in Czech forum.

There might be already an answer to this feature request in the Czech forum. But just in case:
If you don't mind pressing an additional key:
Strg(CTRL)+mousewheel works, only the zooming behaviour is a bit different.
