FTP

The FTP probem seems still around. If I stay logged into an ftp server, after a while I get a warning that the connection has been lost and do I want to reconnect. The answer is usualy no, but if I give no then I still have to disconnect when I switch to a different drive. That is silly. If I say don't reconnect then AS should behave the way it does when I remove e.g. a memory card: switch back to C and stop hassling me

This allows you to browse FTP server in offline mode. It uses cached directory listings and viewed files. I think it can be helpful sometimes, so I do not want to throw this away.

I understand it is confusing, maybe it should not ask before leaving FTP in panel when it has no opened connection. But when you leave FTP in panel, you cannot return it back without reconnecting, so I wanted to warn user at this moment.

I don't like any other solution to this problem now, so I'll wait for more suggestions and requests in this matter.
