Start two instances of Salamander with different paths

Hi, I want to autostart two (or more) instances of Servant Salamander on Windows start with different paths. If I close two open instances the registry settings from the second last closed are over-written by the last closed, so that is not a solution. How can I start SS with command line arguments that open it with different paths each time? Thanks

Oh, I already answered my own question by trying different command line arguments and getting a dialog box with information on the parameters
