internal ftp client cannot show cyrillic filenames. (ftp server was filezilla that seems to be UNIX3 type)

Can you send me link to some public FTP server with this problem?

How do other FTP clients solve this problem? Do they contain option for code page of listing (they convert listing to ANSI code page needed for proper displaying on Windows)?
