Make File List: include subfolders option

I appreciate function: Make file list.
But this function doesn't include subdirectories in file list. My favorite one would to choose this features as options if you have chosen a CD or the folders you want to be listed:
- Including subfolders?
- Including file-names?

If it is already implemented, please tell me how it works.
