Develope a plugin

I interested in your great Servant Salamander and i like to develope some personal plugins to add to my program but i dont know what things this plugin needs to work with salamander ?
About me I Know Programming with Visual C++ & Visual Basic & some languages of web developing.

You need the Servant Salamander SDK, which is not available now.
