64-bit version will be supported in the next version (not 2.5)
Altap is hoping to release 2.5 this year. After that they will be working on beta version 3. If you look at http://www.altap.cz/salam_en/newver.html you will see they have lots of things to do for the next version. So yeah nobody knows.

We must switch from Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 to version 2005 for 64-bit support.

Btw: only highly requested features from ALTAP Roadmap will be implemented in SS 3.0 because we want a shorter development cycle.
