Shred cluster slack space

Is it possible to purge cluster slack space using the Encrypt/Decrypt plugin.

Cluster slack space is the space between the end of file and the end of the last allocated cluster.

Does Clean Disk Free Space do this already or could it be added.

Would anyone else be interested in this?

For this feature it aslo was good to have the option to fill the space with a particular byte (or pattern). This would help in getting smaller disk images with some compressing disk imagers.

Yes, we call it "cluster tips" in the Encrypt & Decrypt plugin.

Cluster tips are always cleaned while shredding files.
For "Clean Disk Free Space" you can choose "Options > Plugin Configuration > Encrypt & Decrypt > Shredding > Clean cluster tips when cleaning free space".
