winscp plugin does not work in RC1

winscp plugin does not work in RC1.
No matter what address I try, I always get:
'Network Error: connection refused'

It worked and still works with Beta11.

Is there any way to get more information about the error.
Can I somehow switch on logging

The WinSCP plugin has not changed since 2.5 beta 11 and it works for us.

It looks like problem in your personal firewall (2.5b11 is enabled, while 2.5rc1 is not).

Could you please check it out?

You are right !

I thought Zonelabs was switched off.
But somehow it blocked RC1.

Everything works fine again after starting zonelabs and telling it to
allow rc1 to go to the outside world.
