I have a ZIP file formerly created by PKZIP (in 1996) to span two diskettes. Unfortunately, I no longer have diskette drives, so I would like to combine the two pieces of the ZIP file into one file on my hard drive which I can then UNZIP normally.
I tried the Split and Combine plugin to attempt this, but that didn't work. Any other suggestions, please?
Thank you.

No problem, it should work with Servant Salamander. There are two ways to do it:
(1) either rename files to
archive.z01, archive.z02, ... , archive.z(n-1), archive.zip
and enter the last part of the archive,
(2) or rename the last part of the archive to *.zip and enter it. While upacking dialog windows will popup to let you select another parts of the archive.
