problems with batch renamer plugin

if you go into manual mode when renaming, change the names in a way that they will be sorted differently, and then change the sort order in the list at the bottom, the filenames will get totally swapped around. as one can imagine, this is an undesireable effect. it would probably be a good idea to sort the manual list at the same time to match the other.
