Hi.
I have two printers, a pdf printer and "send to OneNote installed. The PDF printer is set as the Default printer.
How can I select any of the above printers to print a highlighted document.
Right-clicking and selecting "Print" sends it to the default printer only.

This is just how Windows is designed to work and has nothing to do with Altap Salamander.
I suggest you follow the steps in Create Send To Entry for non-default printers at www.ghacks.net in order to add your printers to the send to option in the context menu.
