Please enable multithreading in 7-Zip plugin

The 7-ZIP plugin is slower than original 7-ZIP, I am getting low CPU utilization on SMP or HT machine, seems like the multithreading is disabled.

We had some problems with multithreaded model in the 7-Zip plugin (so it is synchronized now). We will return to this problem if there will be demand.
