Command line option to change directory

It would be nice, if Servant Salamander could be launched with a directory or file as command line parameter, which causes S2 to change into that directory or preselect the file.

This esp. could be useful as an external tool from an IDE.

Try to invoke SALAMAND.exe /? from command line.

For Altap: What about to add standard help invoker /? to valid command line parameters of Servant Salamander?
