I am using salamander to compare backup directories. I find that if I

One idea: please check Altap Salamander options: menu Options > Configuration > Panels, the Hide files and directories with hidden or system attribute.BWRAPPER@PACBELL.NET wrote:An come back with the same unequal result. Please help.
Is this option clear or checked on your computer? I can reproduce described error when on of subdirectories contains hidden file that is filtered by this option.
Please see the attached screenshot, there would be filter symbol, as you can see in the right panel.
Btw, use your email as forum user name is not a good idea, you will probably get a lot of spam. Should I change your user name to BWRAPPER only?
