wrong file name when copy with mask

When i copy any file, for example xxx.jpg and i change mask in copy dialog from *.* to 1_*.* i got new file with name 1_x.jpg.
It's wrong! I want copy file with new name 1_xxx.jpg!

Remains to mention that Salamanders behaviour in this regard is standard windows behaviour.
Unless Salamander starts supporting regular expressions or something similar here, any deviation form that windows behaviour probably would cause major confusion. After all, "Do what I mean" is rarely found with software systems.
But, as Petr mentioned, you are free to use the renamer plugin to rename and move (but not copy) files to achieve the filename changes you like.
