I am curious - does automatic error reporting system actually work (after Salamander crash, for example)?
I was never able to send a report that way - it always says:
"Impossible to send a message: Incorrect answer of server. Opening tag is missing. Please send us a report by e-mail etc."

It works fine. Maybe some problem with connectivity? Do you have some firewall installed? Could be communication of salmon.exe process blocked or altered?

Jan Rysavy, yes, you were right. Turning off Kaspersky Internet Security allowed Salamander to send a report with no problem...

We will add a hint about firewall to the error message box.
