Salamander can't open office 2013 files in file server

Hi, we have encountered error when opening office 2013 files from file servers when using salamander 2.54. We have tested to open the same file using windows explorer and it was successful.
We have tried to copy the salamander inside the file server and it was able to open the document within its path, but when we run the installed salamander in the PC connecting to the file server (we already tested this in different PCs) the error will be encountered.
By the way we are using Windows 7 64-bit with MS Office 2013 and altap salamander 2.54, tested also salamander 1.5, 2.5 (same error was encountered)
