After updating to AS 3.0 beta 3, I get the following error copying files from our server. Never seen this before:
Error: (38) Reached the end of the file.

Re: Error: (38) Reached the end of the file.
Very interesting. Please tell us what version of Windows is on your computer and what is on server and what file system is on server (use Ctrl+F1 on server path). We would like to reproduce it and fix the problem.

Re: Error: (38) Reached the end of the file.
Even asynchronous read operation can report end-of-file synchronously, it's rare but real. I have added support for this and richb has tested on special build that it's working. Thanks for report and testing!
This fix will be available in next version.

Re: Error: (38) Reached the end of the file.
could this have something to do with ADS? I found when i unblocked files from the internet and then tried to network copy them somewhere else , i got this error.

Re: Error: (38) Reached the end of the file.
I think it is not dependent on ADS but who knows. Important is that we have supported both methods, so it should just work in next version.
Re: Error: (38) Reached the end of the file.
you are right, this happened again to me on a network transfer, unrelated to ADS. glad its been fixed though.
thanks!
thanks!
