Could you please consider adding another command: Commands --> Command Shell (Run as Administrator) CTRL+SHIFT+Num /
It would start elevated command prompt in the current folder.

There is a script for the Automation plugin that performs this function, installed by default. You can configure a keyboard shortcut of your liking yourself.
