Support for unicode file names

It's very critical. Now Salamander can't work at all with any files, that not in your codepage. For ex., I have russian codepage selected, so Salamander can't work with french or german etc.

Yes, it is high priority feature.

I can only support this request. I have english code page but I am unable to manipulate files in Russian, while Explorer does not have this problem.
