How can i access the "Directory Line" by hot key ?

I didn't have found them.

If there none, how about      ALT+ArrowDown ?
(maybe press [Pos1] first if necessary if i have overseen smtg)

Or maybe "F4" like in iE ?

If you mean command line try this: Ctrl+Tab

"Directory Line" is the little box above each the panels
where the "Working directories list" pull-down.
