The registry editor plugin fails to open if the last registry entry saved in the history doesn't exist anymore.

just tested in my Salamander - I created new key, then change panel location to drive C:
run regedit - find the key, delete it.
run REG plugin in Salamander - it opened one upper registry key.
no problem found.

Are you able to reproduce your problem twice?
