Altap 3.08: Issues with Pinning to Start and Taskbar

Hello!

When using Altap 3.08 (and older) on both x86 and 64-bit systems, whether started as an administrator or not, the following issues have been observed:

The "Pin to Start" option is visible but not functioning.
The "Pin to Taskbar" option is not visible.
This requires me to manually navigate through Explorer to find the items and pin them from there.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
