New File on Google Drive not opening

Hello,
When I move the file to the GD folder the sync to cloud immediately starts. In the GD app as well as in Win Explorer the file shows as synchronized, but the info-icon in AS stil showing as "syncing". When I try to open the sile from AS, nothing happens, while it works without issue in Win Explorer, where I can open the file normally. It is also impossible to use right click in AS or other action.

this issue observed recently and was not spotted before, even I am using this configuration for longer time without changes.
