Get MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) working at Altap Salamander 4.0

I managed to get the MTP protocol working at Altap Salamander 4.0.
Prerequisites:
How does the MTP look like at AS 4.0? You even get a log window where you can see what is going on.

Prerequisites:
- You need to have Ghisler's MediaAudio2 plugin - http://ghisler.fileburst.com/fsplugins/wpdplug.zip (source from this page: https://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=39160) (I'm including the latest, at the time of the post, as attachement. It may get obsolete over time so be sure to have the latest version)
