WinSCP license (GPL!) and Salamander

Just trying out Salamander. However, I was shocked when I noticed that they sell the plugin for WinSCP. As WinSCP is under the GPL they cannot sell it. More than that, the GPL requires that every software linked (DLL) has to be open source. Please explain.

I'm an author of both WinSCP and WinSCP plugin for Altap Salamander. It is my right as an author to provide my work under different conditions (licences) to different parties. None of the 3rd party components/libraries (primarily PuTTY) used for WinSCP plugin restricts commercial usage.
