I paid for the upgrade, but no reg. number

I have sent an email to Altap asking for help, but it has been over a week, and I have had no response.
I purchased the 2.52 version of Salamander. I see my credit card HAS been charged, but I have not received a registration number yet.
I live in the US, and don't know what else to do.
Any suggestions?

Please send me (your) another email address to
jan.rysavy@altap.cz. It looks like all our emails (including email with your registration keys) are filtered by your email/anti-spam system.
You could also check your spam folder.

Did you receive your registration keys now? Please check also spam folder.
