Copy/Move - show estim. time when minimized

The title says it all. I often copy large amounts of data from hard drives that are sometimes under a lot of requests. That causes the transfer speed to vary a lot between two transfers (sometimes even within the frame of a single one). In that case the percentual progress I can see is totally unusable for me. I don't know the amount of data trasferred nor the speed and the only way to check this transfer is to maximize its window ... which slows me down. If there was an optional time estimate in the taskbar instead of the percentage, it would be awesome!

Nice Idea, but I would rather like something similar to the queue in
THIS image.

Nice, but it consumes space.

Not if the queue is hidden when there is no running operation. The nice thing about it is that you can change the order of the queued items. I don't think that there is a problem with space these days. All the LCDs sold today have a high resolution. The queue can be switched on/off via a shortcut.
