Now that we have default settings for Copy/Move dialog changeable, it would be lovely to add a Start minimized option there, wouldn't it? Mostly I don't want to watch the progress closely, I just need to know when it's done which I can see on taskbar.

Note two things: The Minimize button is the default one in the dialog, so if you confirm the Copy/Move operation with Enter and press Enter one more time, the dialog gets minimized. Also, when queuing operations, the second and following dialogs is minimized automatically.

I give this idea a +1 though, because it could help the user keep focused on the panels rather than some dialogs.
