If I right click the systray Icon, the pop-up menus comes up with "Exit Servant Salamander". If I don't want to exit, it's very difficult to make the menu item disappear. I have to maximize Salamander in order for it to "go away" which can be almost impossible if the pop-up menu Item covers the Icon.

I can reproduce it, thank you for reporting this bug!

Until the bug is solved, you can click (only mouse down) to the Exit menu entries then release the click (mouse up) out of the popup menu.
